A Chromebook, even though connected to home Wi-Fi, says Network not found. Tried a Chrome Reset on it, and after trying to sign in, the same error Network not found happens.

Try a PowerWash next. You didn't reveal much detail such as if the chromebook works on other networks, make, model, age, etc.
