if you don't understand the reason for two hard drives, then go with the harder option: partition your single hd (not that hard, but harder than adding a second one.)

I have the same problem, but I doubt it can be fixed: I installed RedHat 9 on my 2nd HD and because it isn't a Windows-formatted HD, then it cannot be visible in my computer without *tada* LTOOLS (free).

Recently I downloaded the Ubuntu ISO (desktop version). It said something like 680MB file, but when it finished downloading, it was 715MB... I have two questions: 1. Why are they expanding? 2. How can I fit this ISO on a CD if my cd can only fit 700MB?

also, if you are running redhat linux 9 GNOME, then you can select "Main Menu > System Tools > System Moniter" or if it came on the panel just click that.

if you partitian your hard drive i think you can install fedore core (x) with windows on it at the same time. dont use the windows partitianer, use something like particianmagic ($70 i think).
