The answer is simple. People don't have money for new computers together with new Windows 7. Remember what is a requirement: 1 GB. Sounds ackward, but I know many people use computers less than 1 GB.
Chrome is better now. You should pass your emotions and come to Chrome again. :)
I use XviD4PSP. It's fantastic to me.
1st part - people should, except their right to anonimity, be aware that internet is a public place, as a school, market, night club, etc. 2nd part - unfortunately, many parents don't know how to protect themselves on internet, too.
Whatever you do, install OS with someone's instruction or not, I strongly recommend saving the most important files on other back up, such as usb, cd or external hard disc.
It's malware. I'm 99 % sure. Install combofix (freeware) Before saving it on your computer rename it's name. It helped me many times.
1) Don't watch porn 2) Don't play flash games 3) install Malwarebytes 4) install antivirus (Avast is decent free antivirus)
