By defa, all ISP will assign auto each time u put your router off. Apply for fixed ip. your isp will charge extra. Depends how imp this fixed ip is for you.

i would look at CMOS battery first...replace and test on the motherboard...it must be a small button type silver thing on the motherboard...2032...all the best

can u get into safe mode in win 8? not seen much of win8. If yes then restore to a point which is a day or two earlier than failure.. i think it must work. it must be an update issue or driver issue...

Can i know whether you are on automatic IP or static IP on this PC that is showing ltd connectivity? If automatic try putting it into fixed ip and check if all works?

either the cd rom is bad...or cd is bad...since u say the boot order is checked.... try replacing them one by one...it should work..hope this helps

step 1 - can change the memory module. If there are 2 modules, then try with one each. if this is not working, then u shouldv try with a different powersupply... good luck
