Does it happen intermittently, or every time you turn on your computer? Had you made any changes to your computer before it started happening?

At the moment I'm suspecting a driver issue.

can u get into safe mode in win 8? not seen much of win8. If yes then restore to a point which is a day or two earlier than failure.. i think it must work. it must be an update issue or driver issue...

What is the error code on the BSOD?

Does it happen consistently? If yes, at what point? Startup, running an app, playing sound?

Were there any recent changes done just before BSODs started? NEw hardware, Updates, new app? IF yes, revert that 1 change and retest.

Can you get into safe mode, run MSCONFIG, and turn off all services and startup items, then boot. Does the issue happen again?
