Open cmd and type ping www.google.com if it says could not find host, type ipconfig /renew and try ping again. if still no host try ipconfig /all and locate your gateway. Try pinging that gateway ip address

Does your mobo have a VGA port with onboard graphics, that could be an option? Are you using HDMI or dual link DVI? Try swapping out.

This sounds like a cooling issue or driver issue. Here is the link for driver http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=1468774 Try updating driver and if that does not work aim a fan at exhaust port to aid in cooling.
