If I put a CD in, say a music CD or a data CD it reads those fine but when I put a DVD in it just won't reconise them! Any idea what this could be folks? Thanks

It simply asks if I would like it to remove VX2 next time windows starts. Trouble is this nasty has embedded itself in the "system32" folder and i've tried removing in safe mode and everything. Has anyone else had this problem and if so did they fix it? Cheers Kris
