How much time has your client given you? If your short on time, I personally think it's easiest to go with Wordpress or drupal.

@VernonDozier, the link shows a list that is a little bit out dated and doesn't show any of the fastest runners... most of the kids that should be on the list are in my school district (based on the numbers).

No, it's not a U.S. record. It is a school record but not a nation record... In California, we had a runner recently get nearly 4 minutes flat... plus he goes to the same school district as me. But my 4 minute mile is a top rank in the state but unfortunately i am going to slowly and slowly lose it because i am going to get older and not go out as much... unless i do college sports... (maybe basketball or football)

Well, the color of your website is going to vary on what your service is. For example, if you are a restaurant, you have to use the color red because the color red makes you feel hungrier (it's a study).

Since you said your site is an interactive social wiki, try using some light colors . I maybe wrong because the color of your site, as LastMitch has said before, will have to be played with. Unless you provide us a link to your site, we can pick colors for you (but you will have to play with them).

When one selects on an input, how do you get the others to vanish because the example shows the questions appear properly for the right color but the old questions still remain. Do you see what I mean, i think the way i worded it may sound a little strange?
