I currently have a LISP program that is complete and from another source, and I would like to run it and view the output all within Emacs, if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it

What kind of Lisp? Common Lisp? Use SLIME. Emacs Lisp? I guess not, because then you wouldn't need to ask.
