How about you look for an establishment and propose a IS for them?
For example, Payroll... Ok most likely they already have an automated Payroll system but maybe the establishment is not happy with this IS and you can offer to study their system for a solution?

If this is your best effort at coming up with a topic then I hope you fail miserably. The "gimme topic plz" threads are making me sick and worried about the degrading quality of the CS-education.
