I need to create an ERD for a Web Directory.

I have to create an ERD for a web directory that searches a database for schools as a result of the inputting of certain search criteria.
For instance the criteria are

Location - County
-Post Code

Type of School - Boarding or Day

once these criteria have been entered then the web site queries a database to find the closest matches.
If anyone could give me some help on how to create my ERD for this scenario then i would be more than grateful, as i am stuggling at the moment.?
