hi we are computer science students and we're making our research thesis, and we need a IT solutions for the following....
1)how to lessen the crime rate,
2)IT solutions for FISH KILL
3) IT solutions to improve the trade of a certain city....

  2. Fishkill is a town in New York state. There is no solution!
  3. Better marketing.

IT solutions? Who the heck IS your professor/advisor? These are (in my opinion) totally bogus! I'm sure you can come up with some IT approaches to these problems, but why?
