CAn somebody tell me if there is a direct link btwn satellite and phones and if i need to use the space satellite in onrder to network diferrent places.

Mobile phones work on UHF frequencies. Satellites work on SHF or EHF frequencies. So it's a network of earth bound base stations you would need; not a satellite.
You had better find yourself some venture capitalists.
