ER diagram question

I think coach is not directly related to member, coach is related to member through sport.

A little error on the table image.Take c02(ID) bobby as lee.they both has to be the same.sorry

Yes coach and member should be related through sport not directly.

I have a big problem.This ER doesn't have any thing to join,a joining table like something.But if we convert this to 3rd normal form (this is that thread http://www.daniweb.com/web-development/databases/database-design/threads/361160/1547798#post1547798) ,there is something called JOINING TABLE.so ,isn't ER diagram also supposed to have such joining table?
