EER Diagram - What is wrong

Please see attached. on page 3, example 8.9...the design is incorrect. I cannot figure out what the error else. Any help is appreciated.

If you can't figure out what the error is, what makes you say it is wrong? Were you told it was wrong as part of an assignment? Is there some other instruction you aren't sharing with us?

Please share your thoughts or reasoning, otherwise we don't know if you've put any effort into this before asking. You generally won't get any help here unless you show you've tried to solve your problem on your own first.
