I am looking to start a news website on the theme of truthout.com where readers can come, get themselves registered and publish their own content (news stories). i will moderate it after seeing if user is sending me an original unplagiarised work or just copy pasting it from another website.
so i want to ask you, is there any free content management system/module which you can suggest me? and also please guide me, which features at the front end of the website should i include to make the process of publishing news stories on the part of user, easier and smooth!
