What Is Wrong With This Code!!!1 Can Any Body Help Me????

When I Enter The First Data enters as null in the database. while record count shows me there is one record in the database.

i have uploaded the whole project. can anybody figure out the error in the code. if yes please assist me!!!

please note about the project :

If The code Doesnt work copy Test .mdb into the path:-

c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vb98\Test.mdb;

if still does not work then change the path of the database "Test.mdb"

from the Datasource parameter of the initialise event of MainMenu.frm.
