I've got a strange problem that I'm hoping someone might have an idea on...

I have a VB6 application, and in that there is a form with a password textbox, and a multiline textbox. On one of the workstations, a user pulls up this form, and the multiline textbox acts like a password box - any character that is typed in appears as an "*" character.

The strange thing is, if we log in as this user from another workstation, it works as normal. It does seem to be workstation related - other users can log in as their own user on the problem workstation, and get the same "*" result. But on other workstations everything works fine.

We've rerun the installation and the script that registers dlls, but nothing has changed. Really, this is just a standard VB6 textbox so I don't know why any of our other 3rd party controls would interfere, especially if it's not happening on other machines with the same setup.

Any ideas? Thanks!
