in Visual Basic 6 and Flash Component for its UI.

but as new updates and survice pack are comming for windows most of our

users are facing Run-Time error.
few of user are managed to fix it with VB survice pack but once new update

we have used some third party and system component also.

Hi Eddy,

Strange our clients have not been effected by windows Service Packs (yet) and I am not sure why a Windows Service Pack would cause these problems as the VB6 Runtime files have not changed since VB6 SP6 came out, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/192461

Also see this statement about supportabilty for VB Runtime files (In vista but there is a mention on XP) http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vbrun/ms788708.aspx dont forget VB6 as a development tool is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Because the VB Runtime files are still supported I think your best bet is to speak to Microsoft Support to find out why the Windows updates is breaking the VBRuntime files or invest in VB.Net and convert your programs.

I hope this helps a little
Darren
