Look on planet source code.
There are examples.
some use MS Agent.
unfortunately MS is abandoning MS Agent as of Vista.
MS Agent work great on XP.
Look at the MS communities formum and see if third party developers are working on a MS Agent replacement for Vista and Win7. You will have to wade through a lot of bad posts that are not related to MS Agent.

Agent works both ways - avatars that speak and that take verbal commands.
rumor is that MS will support MSAgent on Win7. Maybe???
