HELP!!! I'd like to know how to filter the content that my reportviewer control is displaying. Example, from all the records of employees, I only want to print those whose surname starts with letter 's'. Can anyone help me here? I desperately need it in my thesis!

Thanks for that succinct but informative help. But, I can't still find a way to put an end to my problem. It seems that, I can only filter my reportviewer at design time. How about at run-time? That's what I am looking for. Data are filtered according to what the users' requirements. Please, more help...
