:C my fresh install Netbeans 7.0 won't open and it says "JVM creation failed"

can anyone pls tell me what's wrong? >.<

ah nvm >.< haha! i just have to change the conf from MaxPermSize=384m to 200m damn! >.< and I undergo re-instlltion 3x.. argghhhhh
