I am developing website in ASP.NET 2.0 using VB. I want to use AJAX controls in my website so I download AJAX control tool kit from official AJAX site but I don't know how to use it.
Plz explain...

right click on the general tab in your tool box->choose items->browse the dll files that you have downloaded,,now the ajax tools can be used .
u can check some ajax tutorials for further assistance.
