Two different servers a and b, using the same database and table, select one of the tables, about 3000 records

To use phpmyadmin to view, use the default configuration, 30 records per page

1 1 shows, a server page shows spend more than b servers 0.0002-0.0003 seconds (a typically 0.0006 seconds, b is generally 0.0003 seconds)

However, if from the first one to jump directly to the last page, a server, the server quickly off than b and less to spend nearly 0.02 seconds (a typically 0.001 seconds, b is usually 0.02 seconds)

Advice, the two servers in the end to which good performance

So what exactly is the question. I know that if you use indexing properly then that can speed up sql time.
