Hi! I looked at some of the threads like this one but my problem seems to be different.

I just migrated from one WinXP IIS machine to another. I have .net installed and running. I can view my .aspx files when I use the /localhost. But when I go through the Web URL, I get a 'page cannot be displayed'. I checked my firewall and it is off. The .asp pages and HTML pages work fine. It's just the .aspx pages that don't work. Again, it's important to note that I CAN browse to them via /localhost, so I know that the .net is working.

Ideas? :?: I'm stumped. Thanks!! :)

how have you set up the virtual directory in iis? under the root? Are you using the correct host header? What about dns - is it pointing to the new machine?
