One simple problem.
I've got face pictures (different resolution etc) and I want to find an eye (retina exactly) and then isolate them from this picture.
My friend told me that eye is the most darker area on picture (but when I find the most darker area - pixel by pixel) i locate hear, nose or other thinks.
How can i correct it?

You'll need to do some analysis of the surrounding area. Very simply put, you'll need to look for a dark bit surrounded by white bits surrounded by dark bits. Of course, getting this kind of analysis right is far from trivial.
