Interested? Don't be afraid to post!

gmail?... :-|

http://gmail.google.com

GMail is google's new program to offer web-based email. However, it's still in beta, and so you can only register an account with an invitation (which you get from other gmail users). Since it's a brand new program which is supposed to be excellent, and you can still get any name you want (most aren't taken yet), everyone is going crazy over them.

Greetings.
I see. How about the transfer limited per mail?
How much is the limitation? Anyone knows? For Yahoo, I guess it's 10MB?

The new Gmail gives all accounts a full gigabyte of space.

Red Evolve, transfer limit per email is 10mb like yahoo, and like cscgal said you get 1000mb of storage. It is also very easy to use, and very easy to find messages.

If you have any more questions, you can post here or check out the gmail support page: http://gmail.google.com/support/

Greetings.
LOL. It's alright.
I got the information I wanted. Thanks.

Hehe, I misread the question.

Please, don't make mistakes or else somebody will post them on their website or other forums and make fun of you.

lol :)
I don't think any of us would do that.... heh

ei cyberoptik, i could use one... i need to store some files somewhere easily accessible.. that is, if there are anymore left...

Hey,

Thought I'd update everyone, I now have 20+ gmail invites, so if you want one check out the link in the first post of this topic :)

If anyone else wants a gmail account, I apparently have 2 so just send me an email, jevons@gmail.com, you must also be a member on my website, http://www.offthetopic.com and have posted at least 5 posts. Be sure to include your user name on my forum. Thanks :cheesy:

Sorry I'm all out :(

I could do with one too! Hi everyone! btw.

Damit! I really need one! Has any one else got one?

I have gmail and I've noticed that they changed their TOS so that selling invites that they gave out for profit (which most people that had invites to give out did) was not allowed, then recently they changed the way the webmail interface looks and I've never gotten a "Invite a friend to join Gmail!" link again, anyone else experienced this? Have they finally given up and stopped giving out invites?

That's a good question... I know a guy that works for Google. If I can pin him down, I'll try and ask him about it.

yup, they've stopped. He didn't say much else, though...
