I can't log into my Ubi.com account for Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. I tried a couple of times and I still can't login. I entered my username, password, and CD-key, but it says my information is invalid. Yet it obviously isn't since I created (and verified) my account on the same day that I got the game (March 18, 2009). Please help me rectify this most unfortunate problem.

And have you contacted ubi.com? What do you expect anyone here to be able to do to "rectify it"?

maybe the server is just down
or your firewall is blocking the game client
