I just purchased a TOSHIBA Satellite L655D-S5076 AMD Phenom II Quad-Core P920(1.6GHz)from newegg for $599. For me that was a steal considering the hardware alone. What do you guys think of Toshiba laptops? What laptop brand is your favorite and why?

TOSHIBA and DELL
Good quality in both cases. Had tough luck with HP.
