What you're looking at is a blog tag cloud. DaniWeb blog entries are always tagged with relevant keywords.
DaniWeb automagically generates a list of blog tags that it believes are relevent to the thread, and it displays them in the form of a tag cloud.
Clicking on a tag brings you to a list of blog entries that have been tagged with that word.
The idea is that you'll be able to quickly find DaniWeb blog entries that are related to the thread you're currently reading about.
