Hey,

I was looking at my latest reputation that I recieved and some are orange (Bad) some are green (Good)....

But I also have a dark one...its like a dark gray...

What does it mean?

It means that the user is new and doesn't have enough rep power yet to influence your own reputation either way.

Ohhhhhhhh

So for someone to change my Reputation they would have to have a rep power of 3 or higher?

No, they would have to have a rep power of 1 or higher.
