I'm a wannabe C# Developer (very new) and came across this site in search of a way to use the Select Scalar method with "SELECT MAX(ID)". The app is running fine exept that the text boxes do not get populated. Instead of filling the text boxes with the requested values, the message 'Couldn't add record' appears. In any case, I will post this problem in the appropriate forum with my code. I thank you all in advance for the help that I am going to get and hopefully I will also be able to contribute in the near future.:)
