Yo!
Well, I'm relatively new to the IT field... in fact I'm not really part of it at all. I've started working for a small company, and I'm the most technically capable in the office, so I've been designated as the first point of contact for IT support... exciting and rather daunting. We have out-of-house IT support, but it basically falls down to me to make sure everything IT related (and I mean EVERYTHING IT related) is working well...
I'm quite interested in most types of technology, and am rather competent despite having no formal training or education apart from some high school IT lessons (where we learnt how to use Word and Excel...).
