I am new to this site as of 8:51 pacific standard time on the 19th of November. I am from Ladysmith BC Canada I had a problem with a program and asked jeeves for assistance and he directed me to this site. I am fairly new at computer jargon so go easy on me. I work as an educational assistant in a special needs class at a high school.
