...that my present issue seems to have been handled by this BB, possibly years ago, but it is new and totally frustrating to me, and the solutions proposed back then don't seem to work, and if any gurus would want to drop by the thread marked "printer subsystem unavailable" (the one headed by an old post from "denise"), it would make my day.
