Is there anyone out there that has started learning the X++ language and doing it solely to modify MS Dynamics? The product has been on the market for over a year, it's Microsoft's ERP solution, hundreds of companies use it, and there's not one X++ programmer out there? What's the catch?

is there someone out there that could possibly enlighten me on how your company or someone you know that modifies MS Dynamics is accomplishing the task? Is there a secret about a plausible similar language?

Anyone?

not many people modify MS dynamics that much, those who need to down that route generally just go for something bespoke in the first place.

Most C# developers can get to grips with X++ easialy.
