I just started watching the video you linked to. I want to pay careful attention to the part about lucid dreaming. I would love to be able to induce this on demand. I have had a couple of dozen episodes of lucid dreaming where I was aware I was dreaming and able to control what was happening. I think they occur (at least in me) in a state where I am awake, but approaching wakefulness, so the lucid periods do not last long enough to enjoy them fully. I have flown, and talked with friends long dead.
