Hi, I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with a blown inverter board. I decided to run an external CRT monitor until I got the new part. It worked just fine until I decided to take the blown inverter board off the laptop and it wouldn't go external anymore. The CRT would go as far as the XP loading screen and thats it. After that it would switch back to the laptop screen(which is too dark too see). Right at the time the startup sound plays for windows is when it switches to laptop display.
ANY HELP PLEASE???
