No thanks, I'm not interested in paying to write documentation. In fact, I'm not even interested in writing documentation, period.
If you want someone to write documentation, hire them in the Job Offers board.

To start with you need to explain in more detail about what you want. Also I assume you will be paying the person to do this, so that would require a contract and definately more details. Nobody wants to hand over work only for you to vanish.
