While Outsourcing, we are always in the hands of the company/freelancer/agent. And many a times there is no visibility in the process.

I feel, we should say good bye to the term "Outsourcing" and welcome "Insourcing". This way, it much more easier to organize/structure and work with our digital assests in this knowledge age.

We are not in the mercy of the freelancer any more. We just require a good eWorking Facility.

hmm ...... quite intersting concept . But i believe it totally depends on individual perceptions.
But yes in my view Insourcing is the new thing on the block
