Hi, I am thinking of taking a computer-related program in one of the career/technical colleges (not universities) in California (preferably near silicon valley). I wish to earn a diploma or a certificate so that I could work for one of the computer companies in this region. Could someone please recommend me some colleges that might be good choices for me? Thanks.

Note: I am not interested in undergraduate degrees from universities. I want a diploma/certificate which is earned from a one- or two-year computer program from a career/ploytechnic/technical college.

google is a good place to start. Visit each college listed and see if they offer what you want. If you find some then visit them in person and talk to conselers. As long as they are accredited they should be ok.
