No, Google's latest algorithms understand that blog comment spam is a real problem, and therefore give no weight to links in blog comments. There might be some very few exceptions, such as if the link is incredibly, incredibly relevant to the blog article, and includes unique content and other signals that make it clear that the link does not exist for the benefit of being a backlink.

I don't think guest posts really work well since last year, actually. Too many AI-generated articles out there created just for the purpose of backlinks ruined it for everyone.

I think you mean naked links (just the naked URL) or anchor links (with anchor text). I've never heard of blank links.
