Importing from newsgroups

I'm looking for importing newsgroup from UNSNET posts into my PhpBB forum too. Anybody have ideas?

Simmy I am not sure of how to do it with PHPBB but that really means nothing since i know nothing about phpbb :P

Yes, I already know how to do it. :) My question was more of a community building one from the standpoint of: Do you find it productive? Does it encourage growth or stifle growth? Do members often interact/reply to newsgroup threads?
