is there a place with a lot of free photoshop video tuts. not so much videos on how to use tools and pallettes and stuff but more like cool effects,web graphics,and web layouts.

We have a graphic design forum here, but it isn't very popular - I guess it reflects upon this forum's administrator's lack of artistic talent ;) I would check out www.yaxay.com. www.thinkdan.com used to also be good but I don't thinkt hat site has been updated / live in years.
