Question about server migration(To Linux) and PmWiki

Hi,

I am new to web development, and have taken up a project for creating a website, which basically will be used for document management(version control), and user FAQ. I've just learnt about wiki tools, and am exploring the PmWiki to build this website (currently on a windows system.)

So my question is this:
The current server (OpenBSD) will soon be migrated to a Linux platform, and I will have to deploy the website on the Linux platform. Which version of Linux do you recommend for for the server, which will best serve this wiki - PmWiki?

I think if you have the choice, either Ubuntu Server Edition

Or Debian (if you don't mind setting everything up by hand LOL)
http://debian.org/

If you're ok with paying a little money, you might wanna look at redhat as well
