Making website user-friendly

I am wondering if anyone can give me advice on how to make this site more user-friendly. I got complaints that it's hard to navigate and use.

I think the "Partners" and "About Us" menu should be on the header so that uses could easily find out about your company. And your drop-down menu are too big

I prefer the http://www.roam4zero.com/ site with its no frills approach.

To be honest it looks okay to me. I am able to find what I'm looking for relatively easily. :P
