i'm trying to install a tv tuner and all i can get installed is the drivers.when i get to installing the software i get a messages saying(16 BIT windows subsystem)c:/windows\system32\autoexec.nt.the system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows application.and i have to close this application. what do i do about this?
