I had a power outage and my computer powers on but does not have any display on the screen aqnd the mouse and keyboard keeps on blinking. Any help

1. I had to have the mobo, RAM, PSU and 1 HDD replaced
2. I installed an APC Uninterruptible PSU!
A power outage can glitch and destroy just about anything on an unprotected PC.

Does the PC have an internal speaker attached? Are you getting a beep when you first turn on? did you used to?
It could be a PSU problem, it may be worth trying a different one if you can.
