Hi, I've been trying to send data from an RF receiver to serial port with no luck.

What I read from my meter is 0.80v off and when I press the button to the transmitter

it becomes 1.7v - 1.8v. I know that I need 5v to trigger communication, what can I do to

step-up the 1.7 to 5v ?
