I have a PCI express Ati radion x700 pro video card and my drivers will not load and it will not work for my game black and white 2. but will for the sims 2. if any one has any idea what the problem is please help me. thanks.

Have you tried Google yet? I suggest searching for the terms "x700" and "Black and White 2". Perhaps there's an updated driver, or a game patch that you need to install.
